Help for Typhoone Ompong Victims

Powerful Typhoon Ompong (Mangkhut), which recently pounded five regions displaced some 16,000 families. The Rotary Club of Tuguegarao Citadel led by President Nelia Carillo-Que, with support from District 3770 Governor Celso “Triple C” C. Cruz and District 3780 Governor Mar Reyes, immediately distributed relief goods to some 100 families located at the Capatan and Lario Bajo/Alto areas in Cagayan Valley.
