A project designed to grow trees, the Rotary Club of Cabanatuan West understands that in order to have successful reforestation, planting trees is not enough and that growing trees is a long term process
Understanding the right plant that will survive, proper nutrients and water source, the proper distancing of plants, and other factors are needed to consider in making the project effective in growing trees.
Rotary Club of Cabanatuan West planted 200 seedlings for this Rotary Year 2020-21. With the Plant a Tree Program, Rotary will revisit the seedlings and evaluate to see how many of the plants survive. It is imperative that for the project to be successful that all trees are guaranteed its survival.
The project was conducted following strict health protocols.
