The Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo (D3850) donated faceshields to members of the Rotary Community Corps (RCC) of Dapdap Fisherfolks Association in Brgy. Dapdap, Tangalan, Aklan.
The essentials were received by RCC member and Barangay Dapdap Chairman Joserey Tana. The donation was made possible through the Gen. William S. Macavinta’s advocacy PATROL “Gusto Ko, Safe Ka.”
The turnover ceremony was led by RCMK President Rosie Reyes, together with club secretary Past President Ricky Reyes, Public Image Director Megs Lunn, Rotarians Romeo Reyes, Jr. and Jess Fernandez. Soon-to-be Rotarian Radni Ray Estanislao of Trikee and Cafe de Calivo also joined the event.
RCMK reminds Rotarians to continue advocating for the proper way of wearing masks and face shields, washing one’s hands properly and keeping a distance from others. Stay safe from COVID-19!
