The Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo (D3850) have virtually sealed the Memorandum of Agreement between WALK AND WORK FOUNDATION INC. last August 17, 2021.
Signing the MOA was Life-Changing President Loida M. Enero and WWF President and Executive Director Dr. Jesse B.Villareal in the presence of WWF Manager Ms. Cherry A. Gascon and RC Metro Kalibo Club Secretary PP Megs Lunn.
WWF is a private organization based in Iloilo City, devoted to helping persons with disabilities access basic services and become productive members of society. They offer various programs and services such as assessment, checkup, clubfoot surgery and assistive devices to qualified beneficiaries.
This agreement will allow RC Metro Kalibo to refer and assist 0-25 years old clients with orthopedic disability, conduct home visitation as deemed necessary, prepare documents and submit reports among others.
Though WWF has catered to Rotary Project WALK kids and adults recipients for many years now, this agreement will continue to strengthen both the party’s goodwill to serve underprivileged children with disabilities more.
