The RCC charter certificate was officially turned over last April 8, 2022 to RCC of Metro Kalibo President Hana Lee Fulgencio by Life-Changing President Loida M. Enero and RCC Adviser PN Edwin Autencio. RY 2022-2023 Incoming President Romeo Reyes, Jr. and other members of the club were also present to witness.
A Rotary Community Corps (RCC) is a group of non-Rotarians who share our commitment to changing the world through service projects. The members of our RCC are called “Kababayehan nga Manugtahi”, because they are all trained seamstresses under our Area of Focus – Community and Economic Development.
