Another “Rotary Year” has come! Another year which is a must to be thankful for by everybody because another opportunity was given to all Rotarians to start again a new beginning, a new beginning to build worth-remembering memories in joining hands together to be productive members of the nation in any ways possible.
To celebrate the New Rotary Year, the Rotaract Club of Metro Kalibo, ALS and NIS Interact Clubs and RCC of Metro Kalibo, spearheaded by President Aiah Mindanao, ALS Adviser Roje Erenia and NIS Advise Ms. Reina V. Cajilig pulled their strings together to come up with worthwhile activities. All of them contributed to having a coastal clean-up drive at Navitas Beach, Numancia, Aklan, with active participation of Navitas Barangay Chairman Frany Reyes. After the clean-up drive, they did tree-planting and eco-brick activity at Numancia Integrated School.
Also, Rotaractors MJ Tungala and Marnette Autencio with New Generations Director PE Edwin Auntencio turned over the 9 toilet bowls to the 2nd Aklan Provincial Mobile Force Company (APMFC) for the 9 households in Caticlan, Malay, Aklan.
Everything was successful and productive with the teamwork and cooperation of each other, alongside the guidance of our mother club Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo led by Pres. Romeo Reyes, Jr. for RY 2022-2023.
