On Oct. 31, 2022, the Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo (D3850) and Rotary Club of Makati (D3830) conducted a relief operation to our adopted handicapped center at STAC Kalibo, Bliss Site, Kalibo, Aklan.
About 50 differently-abled children along with their families received food packs, slightly used clothes, some blankets, etc. during the relief operation. These are the families affected by #TyphoonPaengPH this week, their houses were flooded and mostly lost their essentials like clothing and in need of immediate response like food.
The team was led by RCMK Pres. Romeo R. Reyes, Jr, with VP/PE Edwin Autencio, PP Rosie Reyes, IPP Loida Enero, PP Megs Lunn and PP Ricky Molo, and STAC Manager Ms. Joanna Tay-Meren.
