President and his Board but we rarely get visibility on the one who manages the organization’s operations — General Secretary and Chief Executive Officer, John Hewko! So tonight is every Rotarian’s chance to get to know the person up close.
In this episode, we Meet John H (a.k.a. John Hewko)! Who is he, what does he do in Rotary and how did he get the job. Serendipitously, we also discover John’s Ukrainian roots and how his father is also one of the pioneer movers of the Rotary scene in Ukraine. As the war continues to ravage the country, we hear about the efforts of Rotary to help with the humanitarian crisis unfolding in the area.
