One million living wages | Decent and sustainable livelihoods | Business for Good
In this Synthesis, a Rotary International leader and member of the Global Board will share some key insights and learnings from our sessions, culminating in ideas to promote Business for Good. To demonstrate and continue our commitment to real change, our Conference Chair shall call on all Rotarians and other conference participants to provide one million living wages for people in the Asia-Pacific affected by climate change and COVID-19, highlighting the example of the Philippine Bamboo Foundation as one platform to achieve this goal. As we Rotarians work to help the world overcome its challenges, we hope to catalyze and inspire delegates to continue thinking about how we can go beyond the bottom line in business and achieve decent, sustainable livelihoods for all communities.
