In just three years, For the Women Foundation has helped approximately 100 Filipina scholars–many of them previously in low-paying jobs–transition to successful careers in Data Science. FTW’s experience shows that deliberate and targeted design, implementation, and iteration of educational interventions can have outsized effects on the lives of students: as much as 154% increase in salary after just 14 Saturdays!
