The Rotary Club of Carmen Valley and the Rotaract Club of Carmen Valley conducted a three-pronged activity for the benefit of 400 students of the Tagpangi Elementary School and 89 parents.
The first was the “Books in a Box,” where books as well as bookshelves for the students’ reading pleasure were donated to the school. Next, the “Bag to School,” where schoolbags with school supplies were given away to the students. And last, the “Bowl of Care,” handled only by Rotarians who cooked one nutritious meal for the lunch of the beneficiaries.
Items were also raffled off to the parents.
