RC San Jose del Monte knows the importance of washing hands frequently, disinfecting with alcohol, and wearing face masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19
When they were discussing ways on how to help their community, the Rotarians of RC San Jose del Monte immediately thought of sanitation. They worked on the logistics, gathered donations, and provided manpower in order to make the project a reality.
Handwashing stations were put up in the following locations: Sto. Rosario Parish, St. Joseph the Worker Parish, and Nolasco Market. They were also given alcohol and face masks. RC San Jose del Monte also initiated sanitation in Barangays Lawang Pari, Bigte, and Sto. Nino. They used Lysol spray to disinfect the areas as well as handed alcohol and face masks to the residents.
