RCC Orientation, Organizational Meeting and Induction of Charter Officers

A group of 10 women formed the new Rotary Community Corps (RCC) of Metro Kalibo. Representing Life-Changing President Loida M. Enero were Past President Megs Lunn and President Nominee Edwin Autencio, who also served as speaker and facilitator.

Congratulations to Ms. Hanalee Fulgencio for being the elected president. All 10 women were graduates of last year’s Dressmaking Skills Training from PN Edwin (NIS TVL Coordinator) through the Community and Economic Development area of focus. They will be doing more trainings to enhance their skills and looking forward that they thrive together. As per D3850 Gov. Edwin G. To, “Let us continue to do well so we can do good.”

Charter registration will be submitted to the district and Rotary International soon. This is the second RCC of the club.

A Rotary Community Corps (RCC) is a group of non-Rotarians who share our commitment to changing the world through service projects. Sponsored by a Rotary club, an RCC leverages Rotary’s network, brand, and mentorship by partnering with clubs to plan and implement service projects. (www.rotary)

Thank you to Numancia Integrated School ALS Community Learning Center Adviser Roje Erenia, for the venue. (02.01.2022)
