Arnel Ropero (27yo) finally had his casting last Dec. 12, 2022 at Tzu Chi Foundation, Zamboanga City.
Arnel was born (without limbs) and raised in Sitio Panipiason, Madalag, Aklan. He had his first prosthetic legs when he was 13 years old. This will be his 3rd pair.
WALK had a profound effect in the personality development, self-esteem and outlook in life of our beneficiaries, like Arnel. From a timid and shy little boy, presently he is in 4th year college taking up AB ENGLISH in Agusan Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology, Agusan Del Sur (Mindanao).
WALK INC. Mission is “by providing limbs to the physically handicapped, we endeavor to propel their confidence and self-worth towards personal growth and productivity.”
