The Rotary Club of San Pedro South (RCSPS) family, spearheaded by Transforming President Guia Lopez de Leon, co-presented the 6th part of the Gawad Laguna’s “Magandang Laguna Webinar Series.”
The webinar, entitled “DiskarTek: Matalinong Paggamit ng Teknolohiya, Sandata sa Pagbangon sa Pandemya. [Diskartek: Wise Use of Technology, Armour in Rising Above the Pandemic],” was held last November 8, from 2 to 5 pm.
Resource speakers were known experts in technological advances. Like TP Guia, the speakers namely Dr. Rommel Bernarbe, Professors Samantha Javier and Ariel Doria were all hailed as “Most Outstanding Youth of Laguna” by Gawad Laguna, Inc.
The series aims to thoroughly discuss how technology can help the people in three main perspectives: education, humanitarian and medicine. Hence, the main aim is to have a deeper and wider understanding to the proper and powerful usage of technology.
The first ten registrants were also given exclusive “Bahay Laguna” merchandise.
