Last November 20, the Rotary Club and Rotary Anns Club of Zamboanga City North conducted the second phase of their Health is Wealth series, wherein they invest on the personal hygiene of the recipients
200 students of Divisoria Elementary School were the chosen beneficiaries of the said project. Since Rotarians were hindered by physical distancing rules, kits were distributed to the parents during the scheduled submission of modules. Included in the hygiene kits are a monitoring card, toothpaste, toothbrush and face mask.
The project is in partnership with RCZN’s sister club, Rotary Club of Seongnam Sunil, D3600, South Korea and San Jose Super Shell Stations. The Rotarians are hoping that through this program, they would be able to instill a good hygiene habit to the children.
