Rotary Club of Guiginto Bulacan forms a Task Force Ulysses relief drive

The Rotary Club of Guiginto Bulacan (RCGB) need not think twice in offering help for the victims of Typhoon Ulysses

At 8 in the morning of November 16, Governor Dindo Berino and the members of the RCGB received a call at the Bistro restaurant. Their assistance was being asked to form a Task Force Ulysses relief drive, a project of District 3770. They did not hesitate and immediately said yes to the request. The job was to collect all the relief goods coming from different Rotary clubs and concerned citizens in nearby areas. The drop-off point would be at Bistro Ambrosio restaurant. All goods were then dispatched to the Turo warehouse and loaded to the trucking services that transported them to Isabela, Cagayan, and Tuguegarao—the areas most affected by the typhoon.

There were two trucks and one pick-up car that was loaded with clothes, towels, canned goods, noodles, sanitizing and hygiene kits, children’s clothes, rice, and bottled water.
