It is important for Rotary to be able to create environments of peace
Simultaneous with the conduct of the Mobile Blood Donation Program last December 2, CO Delta Coy 12IB Commanding Officer Captain Greggy Dianco and SSG Cherry Te (NCO), with LTC Udgie C Villan (INF) PA, and Battalion Commander of the 12IB LTC Joseph Jason L Estrada INF (GSC) PA, shared the role of the Philippine Army in peace process, etc. It was a short but informative and insightful talk.
Barangay Libas Chairman Joel Rentino and Rotary Club of Kalibo President Leo Martinez gave their message and appreciation to the military for keeping everyone safe and secure.
Rotary Club of Kalibo President Leo Martinez with Past President Dennis Lim, Rotarians Jayr Villaruel and Minio Yatar; and on behalf of Pres. Rosie Reyes of Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo – Past President Melrose Lunn, Ricky Molo and Rotarian Add Ryan Rommel Martires were present, together with the members of CAFGU, some barangay officials and blood donors.
This is the Rotary’s way of promoting peace and conflict resolution. Peace is possible, indeed!
