Surviving The Elevate Rotaract Tsunami: A Pre-PETS Session

Last April 21, the START-UP Rotaract Pre-PETS 2021 commenced.

Together with Past President Shirley Tejero, Past President Nanding Bongao, President-Elect Michelle Tapang, RACSPS President-Elect Mabeh Matienzo, RACSPA Charter President (CP) Julian Adique, DPDSD/RACSPS Past President Piolo Gadiana, RACSPS Past President Bhevs Rolda (RCCCSP Member), and New RCSPS Member Apple Pulido Reyes, and Transforming President Guia Lopez de Leon attended the seventh session entitled “Surviving The Elevate Rotaract Tsunami.”

Here are the new changes of Rotaract for the betterment of the system. Accordingly, some changes to the Code of Policies – Effective 1 July 2020 – include the following:

• Rotaract Clubs will be able to establish a new club with or without sponsor.

• Rotaract Clubs will be able to choose other Rotaract Clubs as their sponsors. 

• Rotaract Clubs will be open to all young adults at least 18 years old. 

• Rotaract Clubs will begin paying dues to Rotary International on July 1, 2022. 

• Rotaract Clubs will be allowed starting July 1, 2022 to be either international or host sponsors of Global Grants, if they have previously partnered with a Rotary Club on a Global Grant.
