Sisterhood Agreement Signing intends to forge lasting relationships with partnering clubs to increase collaboration for a global network of fellowship, service and world understanding.
On August 30, 2022, the Rotary Club of Naga (D3820) and Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo (D3850) signed a Renewal of Sisterhood Agreement at Avenue Hotel, Naga City, Philippines.
RC Naga Pres. Michael Co. signed in person and RC Metro Kalibo Director Public Image PP Megs Lunn signed on behalf of Pres. Romeo Reyes, Jr.
Also present were PE Jonathan Lao, PND Jec Claro, RS Ani Aldecoa, Executive Sec Krishna Romero, IPP Nong Aldecoa, Rtn. Maria Elena Francisco, PP Anne Delloro and RCSO Ally Boregas. A productive fellowship over sweets, tea and coffee followed.
RC Naga is host to Operation Taghoy free surgery for cleft of the lip and palate last 2019 and 2020 respectively, through their international humanitarian partner Uplift Internationale (UI) based in Denver, Colorado, USA.
Likewise present to witness the sisterhood signing was Ms. Edith Pasion, UI BOD/Head of Mission and Ms. Hirra de Padua, UI Patient’s Coordinator for Bicol Region.
