The Four Way Test public image was installed at the boundary of Altavas and Batan towns by the Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo (D3850) Pres. Ricky Molo and Rotary Club of Las Piñas-Camino Real (D3830) Pres. Duke Sucgang, in partnership with LGU Altavas, (Aklan) through Mayor Denny Refol, Sr.
FUN FACT. Rotary International officially adopted the Four-Way Test in 1943. When Herb Taylor became RI president in 1954, he donated the copyright of the test to the organization. (Mark DiGiovanni)
The two clubs forged its sisterhood agreement this July for RY 2023-2024.
