Rotary District 3850, headed by Hope Creating District Governor Mate Espina and assisted by District Learning Coordinator PDG Jundad Legislador, had successfully concluded The Rotary Foundation Grant Management and Seamless Seminar for clubs from zones 8,9,10 and 11, hosted by the Rotary Club of Zamboanga City North.
It was a very well attended seminar and a jampacked venue.
The Seamless Seminar is an intensive training workshop which covers the three pillars of Rotary International: THE ROTARY FOUNDATION, MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT and PUBLIC IMAGE.
Gov. Mate brought in to Zamboanga City top caliber speakers from different Districts in the Philippines in the likes of PDG Virgilio Farcon Jr. of District 3800 for The Rotary Foundation, PDG Fortunato Dimayuga Jr. of District 3820 for Global Grant, PDG John Paul Cadaing of District 3790, PDG Mark Anthony Ortiz of District 3850 and PDG Teotimo Reyes Jr. of District 3820 for Membership Recruitment and Retention, PP Raymond Ciriaco and PP Michelle Casio of District 3810 for Public Image and PP Maricar Octaviono District End Polio Chair who shared their expertise and experiences and best practices to the participants.
The Rotary Club of Zamboanga City headed by Creating Hope President Honrado Jose Go, actively participated in the seminar, and is one of the club’s most number of attendees.
The seminar will greatly help the clubs in applying and managing their global grants, and also attract non Rotarians to join Rotary.
