The Rotarians of the Rotary Club of Dadiangas received a snappy salute and signs of “Thank You” from the officials, teachers, and students of the Mabuhay Elementary School in Barangay Mabuhay, General Santos City. The show of gratitude is for the well-equipped school clinic that RC Dadiangas turned over to the school last August. “We used to send the children home if they did not feel well because there was no place in the school where sick school children could rest,” said Assistant Principal Hazel Cuadrado. RC Dadiangas also made the school clinic brighter and friendlier by painting it with popular cartoon characters. The Rotarians were touched by the gesture. They were also, however, equally grateful for this God-given capacity to share what they have with the school children, as expressed by RC Dadiangas President Dr Malou Albano.
