Open to anyone and everyone, the Rotary shows that it knows no discrimination and welcomes everybody regardless of social status, age, race, gender, or disability
On its fourth week, the Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo continued to celebrate National Prevention Disability and Rehabilitation (NPDR). Though disability is articulated as both a struggle and a burden, this group from LGU Balete PWD Association proves that it is not impossible for a disabled individual to live multi-faceted lives. They need not say anything because their works of art speak for themselves—brimming with personality, pride, ambition, and love.
