With the aim to save lives, various socio-civic organizations came together to organize a bloodletting activity
The Rotary Club of Zamboanga City Central and Rotaract Club of Universidad de Zamboanga-CES partnered with the Philippine Red Cross, Coastguard and Zamboanga Economic and Freeport Authority to host a bloodletting event.
Their collective goal was to promote the importance of blood, encourage regular blood donations, and ensure that blood is readily available for those who need it.
The donors and volunteers were also served food during the event.
