The National Brigada Eskwela 2021 of the Department of Education (DEPED) launched this year with the slogan, “Bayanihan para sa Paaralan.”
On behalf of Life-Changing President Loida M. Enero, Albasan Elementary School Head – Ms. Gie Magdaluyo, distributes 145 Covid response kits to parents of their pupils, while the school also gave away supplies included in the module package. This project collaboration is in response to project WASH and Basic Education and Literacy of Rotary International and the DepEd, too.

RC Metro Kalibo is celebrating the month of September as the Basic Education and Literacy Month. Rotary support activities and training to improve education for all children and literacy for children and adults, and support to ensure that all people have sustainable access to basic education and literacy.
