Last April 11, 2022, Life-Changing President Loida M. Enero signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Project WASH with three Barangay Chairmen in Buruanga, Aklan.
Present were Alegria Barangay chairman Enrico Maquirang, Jr., Katipunan Barangay chairman Melchor Malayas, Jr. and Tigum Barangay chairman Aristotle Sitjar. Witnessing the signing were club’s Director Public Image PP Megs Lunn and our humanitarian partners in service Philippine Red Cross Aklan RCAT Andro Concepcion.
The MOU aims to increase transparency, outline partnership, proper project management, and clarify each responsibility. It is expected that all parties will act responsibly to ensure the proper and overall success of the project.
Project WASH is in partnership with our international sister clubs Rotary Club of Fort Atkinson, Fort Atkinson High school Interact Club and District 6250 Wisconsin, USA.
