RC Zamboanga conducts membership’s assimilation

The Rotary Club of Zamboanga City (D3850) conducted it’s 2nd assimilation for this year for the soon to be members of their club.  Assimilation is a vital role in helping new members internalize what it means to be a Rotarian. 

Every new members of the club undergoes it. For without assimilation, you can not be inducted into Rotary. 

Here they learn about what it is to be a Rotarian, they will know the rich history of Rotary, from the 4 founders of Rotary, to the history of Rotary in the Philippines and about the history of Rotary Club of Zamboanga City.  They were also assimilated with the importance of Public Image, the 4 Way Test, Protocols of Rotary and The Rotary Foundation.  

They learned that Rotary is not just SERVICE to the community, but also they gain FRIENDSHIP and FELLOWSHIP among members and with other Rotarians outside the club.

Speakers were led by PDG Oliver Ong and D3850 DGPR Eric Harina.
