Numancia Integrated School (NIS) Interact Club hosts 3-day Skills Enhancement in Pastry Production

The Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo (D3850) congratulates the Numancia Integrated School (NIS) Interact Club for collaborating with their Alma Mater NIS for hosting the three-day (Oct. 3-6) DepEd Division Skills Enhancement in Bread and Pastry Production for TLE/TVL Teachers. The NIS Interact and TVL Clubs volunteered as the Technical Working Group in documenting pictures and videos of the teacher-trainees’ work. The training workshop was led by two skillful teachers, teachers Angelrose G. Rubio and Edwin L. Autencio, also our club’s Director New Generations (Youth Service).

Rotarian Edwin is an alumnus of the first batch of Rotary Vocational Technical Training (VTT) on Korean Bread and Pastry Baking by our mother club, Rotary Club of Kalibo and District 3850 during RY 2017-2018. In addition to his accomplishments, he also serves as an advisor to our Interactors based at NIS, one of our partner institutions.
