Last August 9, D3850 Governor Louie Gonzaga paid Rotary Club of Boracay a visit to keep up to date with the club’s members
Coined as a “Kamustahan Visit,” Governor Louie, together with President Aldo Yap, Rotarians Lhen Brutton and Charter member Mike Labatiao, bonded with club members, old and new, for two days.
Governor Louie was assisted by Zone 4 Assistant Governor Kayhleen Arce. Also present were IPDG Raphy Tayco, PDG Mark Ortiz, DGPR Megs Lunn, Zone 4 Public Image Chair Geri Asis, PP Pip Acepcion, and PP Dennis Lim.
Surprisingly, the visits represented six clubs supporting Rotary Boracay, including RC Boracay former sister club Rotary Forbes Park charter president Alex Ledesma. Both clubs are celebrating more than 25 years of service. Other clubs are Roxas, Metro Roxas, Kalibo, Metro Kalibo and Bacolod North (Governor Louie’s club), respectively.
